Seo In-Young Diet also known as Morning Banana Diet

The Morning Banana Diet became famous in Japan when the national singer came on a show and said that she was able to lose weight successfully from the diet. The diet announcement cause a banana shortage in Japan. Another famous morning banana dieter is Seo In Young


The Morning Banana Diet Rules:
  •  Eat banana for breakfast
  •  Drink only water
  •   Eat what one want for lunch and dinner with no dessert
  •  Around 3 o' clock, you may enjoy a treat
  •  Not allow to eat past 8 o' clock
  •  Don't sleep past midnight
  •  Avoid eating chips, doughnuts, ice cream(probably since its addictive)
Seo In-Young diet is suppose to be known as a glamour diet because it causes your face to be smaller, burns fat around your face, while making your breasts more mh-uh fuller. (>///<) feel awkward typing that up

Seo In-Young diet
  • Breakfast consist of 1-2 bananas and 2 cups of water
  • Lunch consist of healthy and non-greasy Korean meal
  • Snack consist 1/2 to 1 banana
  • Dinner consist of Korean meal
Pros:
  • FREEDOM!!(being able to eat what one want for lunch and dinner)
  • No exercise
Cons:
  • No portion limits one may gain weight 
  • No exercise required so one may have a slow weight loss
  • No calories limits so one may eat high calorie dense foods

I have done this diet when I was in 7th grade for 8 months and I'm currently a junior in high school; my experience might be a bit hazy. 

When I first started the diet, I found it so hard to stick to some of the rules like eating past 8 o' clock because I usually have snack late. I still attempted to follow this diet though. Eventually I continue the diet, the rules became a habit so after around 6-8 months I went from 248 to 208 pounds(40 pounds in total). I did alter the diet though after I got use to the rules and wanted to speed up my weight loss progress.

What changes I made:
  • Don't eat past 6 o' clock
  • Exercise half an hour(I use the hip hop abs Total Body Burn only)
  • My meals has to fit on my small plate
  • For Lunch, I would make a my own lunch but end up eating 1/2 to 3/4 of my lunch since my friends are moochers
    • The lunch would be:
      • Tamagoyaki and Kimbap
      • Rice with squid and beansprout as a side dish 
      • Rice ball
If any of you were wondering; Yes, I went and still am into a phase where I watch anime and wanted to eat bento. 

Conclusion: 
This diet is one of the easiest diet I ever follow. This diet doesn't require any portions size or calories limitations so some people may even gain weight or have slow progress. This diet prevent people from overeating I did( 4 big meals a day, Yikes!) but not on your portions per meal. The only thing people need to worry about is only calories contents and only portions size for lunch, dinner, and snack. 

As for me, I went off this diet due to school becoming more vigorous so I slowly gain weight back to around 245.(T.T) Somehow banana became one of my favorite fruit as of today.
